About Us

The Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association ("CPWQA") is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the knowledge of design, construction, operation and management of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. The CPWQA is affiliated with the state organization - the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association. Eastern Pennsylvania is serviced by the Eastern PA Water Pollution Control Operators Association. Western Pennsylvania is serviced by the Western Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Association. For global water issues, please visit the Water Environment Federation.
